J.J. brings a rare combination of regulatory fluency, scientific understanding, and operational control—enabling him to navigate the complexities of drug development while maintaining a sharp focus on timelines, milestones, and investor outcomes. Under his leadership, Raviset® is being advanced not just as a single indication asset, but as a scalable platform with multiple downstream opportunities across chronic uterine disorders.
With over two decades of experience at the intersection of life sciences, strategy, and regulatory frameworks, J.J. is focused on de-risking development, aligning clinical execution with regulatory expectations, and positioning the company for efficient progression through Phase II, Phase III, and beyond—toward a high-value inflection point.

Prof. Dior completed his medical studies at the Hadassah Hebrew University Medical School and pursued an advanced fellowship with the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society in Gynecological Laparoscopy at The Royal Women’s Hospital, Australia’s top institution for women’s health. Under the mentorship of world-renowned surgeons, he developed expertise in complex gynecological procedures. In 2018, Prof. Dior founded the Endometriosis Center at Hadassah Medical Center, where he currently serves as director. He has published nearly 90 scientific papers and received prestigious international awards for his contributions to gynecological surgery.
Dr. Yuval Kaufman, M.D.

Dr. Kaufman is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Carmel Medical Center in Haifa, Israel. He is the founder and director of the Multidisciplinary Center for the Treatment of Endometriosis and leads the Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery division at Carmel. Dr. Kaufman co-founded Noga Medical, a premier private center for excellence in gynecological and women’s surgical care. He also serves as a Clinical Lecturer at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and consults for several medical device startups, including Gynica, Ark Surgical, and MST. Dr. Kaufman is a board member of the Asian Society of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis (ASEA).

Itay Cohen has 25 years of financial and operational experience.
He started his career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Team Leader, focusing mostly on technology companies. Following his work as an auditor he moved on to serve as VP Finance and CFO of several hi-tech companies. Since 2010 he is providing CFO services to various Technology Start-Ups in the fields of Enterprise Software, Life Science, Robotics, Fintech, Cyber Security and more. He has vast experience in establishing the entire financial infrastructure of Start-up companies, addressing international accounting, taxation, HR and administrative issues. Itay holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the College of Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
