Granted Patent
FORAVISET holds a granted patent for the treatment of uterine hypercontractility disorders. This patent represents a key milestone in protecting our innovative approach and addressing critical unmet needs in conditions such as dysmenorrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding. This foundational patent underscores our leadership in developing non-hormonal therapies for uterine health.
PCT Application and International Search Report
In addition to our granted patent, we have filed a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) application for treatment of endometriosis. This application recently underwent examination, resulting in an International Search Report that found all claims to be both novel and inventive. This positive evaluation provides strong assurance of the application’s validity and broad approval potential as we prepare to enter the national phase in 2026. The findings of the International Search Report further cement our confidence in Raviset® as a transformative therapy for endometriosis.
Future Patent Strategy
As we continue to advance Raviset® and explore new indications, we are actively planning to expand our intellectual property portfolio.
