Raviset® -the First Upstream, Non-Hormonal Therapy for Endometriosis

A novel upstream mechanism designed to interrupt the inflammatory cascade driving endometriosis.

Raviset® is being developed to selectively inhibit inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), reducing excessive nitric oxide production associated with chronic inflammation. By acting upstream in the inflammatory cascade, Raviset® is designed to influence multiple downstream processes associated with endometriosis, including inflammation, pain signaling, abnormal bleeding, and uterine contractility.
