At FORAVISET, we have built a robust intellectual property portfolio to protect our innovative therapies and support the development of groundbreaking solutions in women’s health. Our commitment to safeguarding these advancements ensures long-term value and a competitive edge in the field.
FORAVISET holds a granted patent for the treatment of uterine hypercontractility disorders. This patent represents a key milestone in protecting our innovative approach and addressing critical unmet needs in conditions such as dysmenorrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding. This foundational patent underscores our leadership in developing non-hormonal therapies for uterine health.
In addition to our granted patent, we have filed a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) application for treatment of endometriosis. This application recently underwent examination, resulting in an International Search Report that found all claims to be both novel and inventive. This positive evaluation provides strong assurance of the application’s validity and broad approval potential as we prepare to enter the national phase in 2026. The findings of the International Search Report further cement our confidence in Raviset® as a transformative therapy for endometriosis.
As we continue to advance Raviset® and explore new indications, we are actively planning to expand our intellectual property portfolio. This includes filing additional patent applications for novel formulations, optimized delivery systems, and expanded therapeutic uses for conditions. By broadening our patent coverage, we aim to reinforce our leadership in non-hormonal therapies and ensure sustained innovation in women’s health.
FORAVISET’s strong intellectual property foundation, bolstered by the granted patent and the promising results of our PCT application, positions us for sustained growth and innovation. This comprehensive IP strategy ensures the protection of our groundbreaking work as we strive to improve the lives of millions of women through safe, effective, and life-changing therapies.
